Thank you for shopping with Famcrafted.com. Every product we offer is made with care and personalized specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing Time

All orders are made to order and require processing before shipment.

  • Production Time: 2–4 business days

  • Personalized products may require additional time during peak seasons or holidays.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.


Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped to your destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 5–9 business days

  • Canada: 7–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days

  • Europe: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.


Shipping Delays

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

  • High order volumes

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Severe weather conditions

  • National holidays

  • Unexpected logistical disruptions

Famcrafted.com is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already entered production or has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the order or issue a refund.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping information.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

To help us investigate the issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of the product and packaging (if damaged)

We will work with the shipping carrier to find an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund when applicable.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.


Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on production schedules and warehouse availability.

You may receive separate tracking numbers for different shipments.


Delivery Confirmation

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Famcrafted.com cannot be held responsible for stolen or missing packages left at the delivery location.

If you believe your package has been stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier and your local authorities.
